Introduction

Different levels . Workgroup trend is to achieve fully Entitlement Settings needed to be addressed in the eventual future petrobank for the online data library belongs to PDC and operating companies and to meet the requirements of oil business, through a power full data management system. And in order to safe available time and cost, we tried to organized and introduced some standards and procedure to unify all data sharing and purchasing  through out the country .
